Pine Needle Rental Rates
- Daily Rental Rates - $195 plus 5.7% state and county
tax
- 7 day rate - $1,295 plus 5.7% tax
- Additional days (8-14) - $195/night plus 5.7% tax

Pine Needle Rental Policies:
- Two night minimum stay
- Fourteen night maximum stay
- Payment to be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover
Card, or American
Express
Our Vacation Home is a NON-SMOKING property. No
smoking is allowed in the house or on the property. A $250
cleaning fee will be charged to violators of NO SMOKING POLICY. NO PETS, RV's,
BOATS, OR TRAILERS ARE
PERMITTED on the property. There is a 50% deposit required which
becomes non-refundable 45 days before scheduled rental.
Bookings are NOT-TRANSFERABLE. The person who books lodging must be present at check-in.
A valid credit card is required at check-in. |
